Pak FM Dar & Rubio ignore reporter shouting 'Will Pak recognise Israel?', shake hands & smile

A video has surfaced showing Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio ignoring a reporter who shouted, "Will Pakistan recognise Israel?". Dar was posing with Rubio for pictures in Washington DC. The two were seen smiling and shaking hands before turning around and walking back as the reporter kept shouting his question.
