Pak gave different terms of ceasefire to US & Iran, caused Lebanon bombing that killed 250

Pakistan is to blame for the ongoing Iran-Israel-US dispute over the inclusion of Lebanon in the ceasefire announced on Wednesday, Iranian media reported. Pakistan allegedly handed US a version of the ceasefire proposal different from what it received from Iran, and did the same with US' proposal. Notably, Iran's ceasefire proposals in Farsi and English were different from one another.
