Pak govt freezes 964 assets of Jamaat-ud-Dawa, Jaish-e-Mohammed

The Pakistani government has frozen 964 properties of banned terror groups Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), the Interior Ministry said. Of these, 907 belonged to Hafiz Saeed-led JuD and 57 belonged to Masood Azhar-led JeM, it added. Reportedly, Pakistan's actions are part of its efforts to comply with the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) 27-point action plan.
