Pak opp'n leader Shehbaz Sharif stopped from leaving country
Pakistan's Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif, who has been charged with corruption, was stopped from leaving the country on Saturday. Sharif, who heads the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), was released from jail in April after nearly seven months. Immigration officials claimed Sharif's name was still "on the blacklist" so he couldn't leave, his spokesperson said.
