Pak panics after US intel chief calls it 'nuclear threat to US', mentions India in statement

Pakistan has released a statement after US' intel chief Tulsi Gabbard called Pakistan a nuclear threat and added that its missiles may be capable of hitting US. Panicking over Gabbard's statement, Pakistan said it "remains committed to constructive engagement with the US". Trying to downplay the threat it poses globally, Pakistan even mentioned India's missile development programme.
