Pak PM pays farewell visit to army HQ ahead of govt's dissolution
Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday paid a farewell visit to the Pakistan army headquarters in Rawalpindi, ahead of the government's dissolution. The incumbent government's tenure ends on August 12 but a caretaker administration will take over on August 9 for three months. Notably, ex-PM Imran Khan has been disqualified for five years by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
