Pak's Umar Farooq Zahoor, accused in multimillion dollar fraud in Norway, seen with US VP Vance

US VP Vance was seen with businessman Umar Farooq Zahoor in Pakistan earlier this month, when the former arrived in Islamabad for peace talks with Iran that eventually failed. Norwegian authorities accuse Pakistan-origin Umar Farooq Zahoor in a case wherein, allegedly 60 million Norwegian kroner were siphoned off. Norway has repeatedly sought his arrest and extradition.
