Pak sent trained separatists to overtake J&K: Centre tells SC

The Supreme Court on Thursday heard petitions challenging various aspects of Article 370. Attorney General KK Venugopal, who was representing the Centre said Pakistan violated the Standstill Agreement with the Maharaja by sending trained separatists to overtake Kashmir. The AG added J&K's "sovereignty was indeed temporary" and there's no need to refer the case to a larger bench.
