Pak signals invitation to PM Modi for SCO Summit, says 'Invite will obviously be extended'

Pakistan has signalled that PM Narendra Modi will be invited to attend 2027 Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Islamabad. This comes as a journalist asked whether PM Modi would receive an invitation to next year's high-level summit. In response, Pakistan's Foreign Ministry said, "Invitations will obviously be extended, and this is an obligation on...part of Pakistan as the host."
