Pak taken by surprise, thought strike won't happen due to mock drills: Retd Major General

After India launched Operation Sindoor against Pakistan, Major General (Retd) Shammi Sabharwal said that a "surprise is only achieved when the enemy isn't worried that a strike will happen today". Noting the government's order for mock drills on May 7, he added, "Due to this, Pakistan forces thought that strike won't take place till mock drills don't happen."
