Pak terrorist hides in J&K home, uses family as shield to escape before being gunned down

A Jaish-e-Mohammed commander, Usman, who infiltrated India in 2024 and was involved in at least six terror attacks, hid in a house in J&K's Parhetar village, officials said. He took the family hostage but a small group of personnel entered the house, snatched his weapon and gunned him down while also rescuing the civilians. Usman was shot dead on Friday.
