Pak terrorist who heads Lashkar outfit named Pahalgam mastermind

The NIA has named Sajid Saifullah Jutt, a Pakistani national who heads Lashkar-e-Taiba's (LeT) offshoot, The Resistance Front (TRF), as the main conspirator behind the Pahalgam terror attack. A chargesheet was filed after an eight-month investigation. The NIA announced a ₹10 lakh reward for information leading to his capture and has designated him a proscribed terrorist under the UAPA.
