Pak using Gen Munir's rise to divert from crisis: Tilak Devasher

Writer and commentator on Pakistan, Tilak Devasher, believes that the elevation of Army Chief Gen. Munir to the rank of Field Marshal may serve to divert public attention from Pakistan's economic malaise by highlighting a so-called victory against India. According to him, nothing unites Pakistanis more than a shared dislike of India.
