Pakistan-based Lashkar terrorist Abdul Rauf resurfaces, makes threats against India

Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Abdul Rauf has resurfaced, delivering a speech and making threats against India, Moneycontrol reported. He's a close aide of LeT chief Hafiz Saeed and a US-sanctioned terrorist. Rauf was earlier seen leading funeral prayers for terrorists killed in Pakistan during India's Operation Sindoor. Pakistan Army at that time tried to label him as a "civilian".
