Pakistan court supports marriage of 13-year-old Christian girl to 40-year-old Muslim man

Christians across Pakistan have launched protests after a court upheld the validity of the marriage of a 13-year-old Christian girl to a 40-year-old Muslim man. The court's decision came despite allegations of abduction and forced conversion. Lahore-based Catholic Church said the court's decision appears to legitimise marriage of a minor, calling it a "grave failure of justice".
