Pakistan cricketer Ayesha Naseem retires aged 18 due to religious reasons

Pakistan women's national cricket team batter Ayesha Naseem has announced her retirement aged 18. "I am leaving cricket and want to live my life according to Islam," journalist Shoaib Jatt quoted Ayesha as saying. Ayesha had made her debut for Pakistan in March 2020. She played 30 T20Is and four ODIs, scoring 369 and 33 runs, respectively.
