Pakistan is always teetering on brink of failure: Ex-Singapore envoy

Former Singapore diplomat Bilahari Kausikan described Pakistan as a state “always teetering on the brink of failure." He said Pakistan is trying to make itself relevant through the Mecca pact with Saudi Arabia. However, he questioned its significance, asking, "When Saudi Arabia was attacked by the Houthis, did they call on Pakistan? No!"
