Pakistan was heavily trolled online after a cycle ambulance service was launched by the mayor of Karachi. Reacting to this, social media users said, "The world is building flying ICUs. Karachi's mayor is launching a cycle ambulance," and "Pakistan has finally introduced a cycle ambulance after 77 years of innovation...This was only possible under the leadership of Asim Munir."
