Pak-linked terrorist arrested in Bengal planned to target Jantar Mantar protest: Report

West Bengal Police's Special Task Force arrested an alleged operative of Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed, Hamim Mandal. The accused allegedly planned to target CM Suvendu Adhikari and disrupt student protests at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, Firstpost reported. Adhikari's movements were reportedly tracked. Another operative, Arpita Sarkar, was also arrested. She is believed to be Mandal's girlfriend.
