Pakistan may get another ₹11,300 crore loan from IMF

Pakistan reached an initial agreement with International Monetary Fund (IMF) to unlock about $1.2 billion (over ₹11,300 crore) from a $7 billion bailout program. The loan disbursement is subject to approval by the IMF Executive Board. This comes as tensions and conflict in the Middle East could disrupt Pakistan's efforts to improve its economy.
