In a post on Truth Social, US President Donald Trump wrote, "Thank you to Pakistan and its Great Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshall Asim Munir, two fantastic people!!!" His post came after Iran opened the Strait of Hormuz. "A great and brilliant day for the world," Trump wrote in another post.
