Pakistan remains a breeding ground and supporter of global terrorism and is responsible for three times the terror risk to humanity that Syria poses, according to a report by Mumbai-based think tank Strategic Foresight Group and Oxford University. The 'Humanity at Risk - Global Terror Threat Indicant' states that jihadi thought processes began in what is today Pakistan.
