Pakistan removed from terror financing watchdog FATF's grey list after 4 years
Pakistan was on Friday removed from the global terror finance watchdog Financial Action Task Force's (FATF's) grey list after four years and won't be subjected to "increased monitoring". FATF said it welcomed "Pakistan's significant progress in improving its AML/CFT (anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing) regime". Apart from Pakistan, Nicaragua was also removed from the grey list.
