Pakistan's Agha shouldn't have touched the ball without consent: MCC on controversial run-out

MCC has clarified controversial run-out of Pakistan’s Salman Ali Agha against Bangladesh, stating the decision was correct under laws. It said Agha was out of his ground when wicket was broken and the ball was still in play. MCC added batters shouldn't touch the ball without consent and Agha should have instead tried to go back to crease.
