Pakistan's double-tap strikes killed 36 civilians in Afghanistan

Afghanistan has said that Pakistan strikes overnight have killed at least 36 civilians, including women and children, and injured 163 others. Pakistan is said to have carried out "double-tap" strikes. It's a term used to describe a deliberate second strike on the same location shortly after an initial attack to coincide with the arrival of emergency responders and journalists.
