Pakistan send 7 players home, sack head coach after Lord's Test defeat against England

Pakistan have released seven players from their Test squad after their 194-run defeat to England at Lord's, with Muhammad Rizwan, Imam-ul-Haq and Salman Ali Agha among those left out.
