Pakistan violates ceasefire for 5th straight night, Indian Army retaliates

Pakistan Army violated ceasefire for the fifth consecutive night as it resorted to unprovoked small arms firing across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir, according to a statement by Indian Army. The ceasefire violations occurred in Kupwara, Baramulla and Akhnoor sector, it said. "The Indian Army responded in a measured and effective manner to the provocation," it added.
