Pakistani player banned for 5 years for spot-fixing

Pakistani cricketer Khalid Latif has been handed a five-year ban by the Pakistan Cricket Board for his role in the Pakistan Super League spot-fixing scandal. Besides suspension, the 31-year-old has also been handed a fine of 1 million Pakistani Rupees. Latif was charged with six breaches of PCB's anti-corruption code, including luring other players to take part in fixing.
