Pak's Punjab govt seeks time on naming Lahore Chowk after Bhagat Singh

Pakistan's Punjab government has sought time from the Lahore High Court on the issue of naming Shadman Chowk in Lahore after freedom fighter Bhagat Singh. A petitioner said that the move would be "in the interest of justice" and would "inspire Pakistan and the world". Bhagat Singh was hanged by British rulers on March 23, 1931, at the Chowk.
