Palampur IVF lab produces 3 high genetic merit calves in Himachal

In a landmark development for livestock advancement in Himachal Pradesh, the state's first In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Laboratory in Palampur produced three high genetic merit calves from a single elite Jersey cow within a year. Established under the Department of Animal Husbandry, the IVF laboratory was funded by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying of the Central Government.
