Palantir’s CIO to depart after 12 years for new AI venture

Palantir CIO Jim Siders is leaving the company after 12 years to become CEO of Shield Technology Partners, a new IT services platform backed by Thrive Holdings. Shield, which works with seven mainly mid-sized firms, is expected to generate over $100 million in revenue this year and plans to integrate AI into its services.
