Palestinian flag to be raised at UN agency's headquarters for the first time ever

The flag of Palestine will be raised at UN agency World Health Organisation's headquarters for first time ever after Palestinian delegation won a vote on Monday. The proposal to raise the flag was brought by countries including China, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and was opposed by Israel, Hungary, Czech Republic and Germany. A total of 27 countries abstained from voting.
