Palghar foam factory fire injures worker, blaze doused

A major fire broke out at Sahara Foams factory in Palghar's Wada taluka early Sunday, injuring one worker, police said. The blaze spread rapidly due to flammable foam, causing panic among residents. Inspector Datta Kindre said the injured worker was hospitalised. Fire teams controlled the blaze by 9 am, however, cause remains under investigation.
