Pant's Gabba knock helped CA clinch ₹2,000-cr deal with Disney Star: Reports

India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant's knock of 89*(138) at the Gabba in 2021 helped Cricket Australia (CA) clinch a $250-million (around ₹2,000-crore) deal with Disney Star for rights into Indian market, a report by The Sydney Morning Herald stated. "Pant's phenomenal innings to deliver India the Gabba Test & Border-Gavaskar Trophy...remained fresh in plenty of executive memories," the report stated.
