Pappu Yadav distributes ₹500 cash among Bihar flood victims; video surfaces

A video has surfaced online showing Purnia MP Pappu Yadav distributing ₹500 each among flood victims in Patna amid the Ganga's rising waters. Yadav visited flood-hit areas, including Digha Ghat and Bindu Toli, distributed aid at Collectorate Ghat and reached Nakta Diyara by boat. He reportedly criticised the Bihar government, alleging its leaders were busy "looting" instead of helping victims.
