Para athlete Suvarna Raj has lodged a complaint against the IndiGo crew alleging that they neglected her request for a wheelchair during her flight from Delhi to Chennai. This incident has raised concerns regarding the airlines lack of sensitivity, towards differently abled passengers. The fact that her wheelchair, worth Rs 3 lakh was also damaged adds to the distressing situation.
