Paraglider who died in HP represented India in Paragliding World Cup

A paragliding accident at Bir Billing in Himachal Pradesh on Friday claimed the life of pilot Mohan Singh, a veteran with nearly 15 years of experience. Around 35 years old, Singh had represented India at Paragliding World Cup. The paraglider reportedly crashed shortly after take-off due to a technical malfunction, but Singh tried to regain control, saving the passenger.
