Paraguay Police seize record 2.3 tonnes of cocaine worth $500 mn

The Paraguayan Police on Tuesday seized over 2.3 tonnes of cocaine worth around $500 million from a shipment of six charcoal containers that were to be shipped to Israel. The seizure is the largest cocaine bust in Paraguay. Reportedly, Paraguay is a transit country for drug trafficking to Europe and other destinations.
