Paramount offers higher amount for Warner Bros: Report

Paramount Skydance submitted a higher offer for Warner Bros Discovery in a bid to block the Netflix deal, Reuters reported. The new amount improves its initial offer of $108.4 billion for the whole company as it seeks to address Warner Bros' concerns about the certainty of its financing. Warner Bros shareholders to vote on Netflix offer on March 20.
