Paramount Prez Jeff Shell resigns amid legal dispute with gambler

Jeff Shell is resigning as Paramount's President and is stepping down from the board of directors. The move comes following a legal dispute with a Las Vegas-based gambler, RJ Cipriani, who had accused Shell ​of breaking a promise to develop a music show and discussing highly sensitive Paramount information with him. However, Paramount found no such violations by Shell.
