Paramount sues Warner Bros to get details on $82-bn Netflix deal

Paramount Skydance has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros Discovery, seeking more information on Netflix's takeover deal worth $82.7 billion. Last week, Warner Bros Discovery's board rejected Paramount's amended bid of around $108 billion to acquire the prestigious Hollywood studio. Paramount also plans to nominate directors to Warner Bros' board to vote against the Netflix deal.
