Paras Defence plans ₹6,200 crore semiconductor OSAT facility

Paras Defence plans to establish an OSAT facility in the Indore-Ujjain region of Madhya Pradesh with a proposed investment of around ₹6,200 crore. The facility will undertake advanced semiconductor packaging, chiplet integration, wafer bumping, testing and reliability services, supporting India's semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem and domestic semiconductor value chain.
