MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal, referring to Pakistani FM Ishaq Dar's interview claiming victory over India, said it's Pakistan's "old habit to claim victory". "This was the case in 1965 and 1971. They sang same tunes in 1999 Kargil War," Jaiswal said. "It's Pakistan's old habit- Parast ho jao lekin dhol bajao (Get defeated but keep playing the bugle)," he added.
