Parcel blast accused learnt to make bombs to target in-laws in Guj

A 44-year-old Rupen Rao has been arrested after a parcel delivered to a house exploded in Gujarat's Ahmedabad injuring two people. Rao allegedly learned to make bombs on internet to target his in-laws who he claimed had caused separation from his wife. Rao wanted to kill his wife's family and a friend to make her feel lonely, an official said.
