Parents of car crash victim sue Apple over use of FaceTime

Parents of a 5-year-old girl who died in a car accident in 2014 have sued Apple for failing to implement a patented technology that could lock out FaceTime to prevent distracted driving. That patent would prevent users from activating or using FaceTime while driving, utilising a motion and scenery analyser to lock out certain features under certain conditions.
