Parents of man who died after police assault in TN try to stop CM's convoy, video shows

A major security breach unfolded in Chennai when parents/relatives of 26-year-old Dalit victim of alleged custodial death tried to stop CM Vijay's convoy to submit a petition. Visuals showed them jumping over the fence and past the security cordon, forcing the convoy to slow. Akash Delison died in March after police officers allegedly assaulted him in custody in Sivaganga district.
