Parineeti Chopra won a National Award for 'Ishaqzaade'

Actress Parineeti Chopra, who turned 28 on Saturday, won a Special Mention for her 2012 film 'Ishaqzaade' at the 60th National Film Awards. The film marked her first appearance in a lead role. Chopra made her debut with a supporting role in the 2011 film 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl', for which she won several awards including the Filmfare and IIFA.
