Parliamentary panel recommends suspension not removal of PM, CMs after 30-day detention

The joint committee of Parliament examining the Bill to remove PMs, CMs, and Ministers who've been jailed for serious crimes for at least 30 days recommended that the term "removal" be replaced with "suspension". The Bill was introduced to ensure that governments aren't run from jail. The Opposition had called it a tool to destabilise governments run by them.
