Partha Chatterjee's arrest brought shame, disgrace to all of us: TMC spokesperson

Commenting on West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee's arrest in teachers recruitment scam, Trinamool Congress (TMC) spokesperson Kunal Ghosh said he has brought "shame and disgrace to all of us".
