Parts of US, Canada to witness a rare 'double sunrise' on March 29

Some regions in US and Canada will witness a partial solar eclipse on March 29. In parts of US' Maine and Canada's New Brunswick and Quebec, this eclipse will create a visual effect where the moon's outline will make the sun look like two gleaming horns when it rises from the horizon. This effect has been dubbed a 'double sunrise'.
